Asian Lion – Gir Lion
The depth of creative dexterity of this majestic lion can be seen in the fine detailing of the mane of the lion executed by the craftsman. Known as the king of the jungle, lion is also symbolic of strength, valour and justice. Different house sciences see him as a positive totem in a home to ward of negativity and establish truth and justice. Lion’s presence is seen at the entrances of most of the temples in the southern India.
